Say what you want about Love Island but it sure is entertaining.
We've had 11 series of the dating show but we have to admit, Love Island 2019 is still one of our favourites.
Whether it was Anna Vakili screaming "TWO DAYS" in Jordan Hames' face after he tried to crack on with India Reynolds, or Ovie Soko being one of the hottest Islanders ever - we don't think ITV producers will ever be able to top it.
It was also the year Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury fell in love but as of 2025, they've been through a lot. So, we thought we'd have a look at what Molly-Mae has been up to since the show and who she's still friends with from the villa.

Despite being the last remaining Love Island 2019 couple, welcoming Bambi into the world and getting engaged in Ibiza, fans were stunned when Molly announced that she and Tommy had split after five years together. On Instagram she wrote, 'Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.
'I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end. I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.'
Despite cheating allegations, which Tommy has always denied, there were rumours that they'd secretly reunited after they were spotted kissing on New Year's Eve.
However in January 2025, it came to light that the real reason they ended their relationship was because of his struggle with alcohol.
'With my breakup with Molly, there's been so much shit in the papers every single day for the past six months, but if it's not come from my mouth or Molly's mouth, it's complete and utter bullshit,' he toldMen's Health.
'All I've been seeing for the past six months is "Cheater!", "He slept with me!", "He slept with this girl, he slept with that girl!" Complete and utter bollocks. We broke up because I had a problem with alcohol and I couldn't be the partner that I wanted to be anymore.
'It kills me to say it, but I couldn't. I loved a pint of beer, loved to drink.'
What happened with Molly-Mae Hague and Anton Danyluk?
After Molly entered the villa there was a love triangle brewing between Molly, Tommy and Anton however the boxer managed to win her over.
Things took a turn when Anton kept claiming that Molly was playing a game, he also interfered when Lucie Donlan wanted to get to know Tommy (more on that in a bit).
However things went to another level during the Love Island reunion when it came to light that Anton had unfollowed Molly.
What happened with Molly-Mae Hague and Lucie Donlan?
Following Lucie's rocky friendship with the rest of the 2019 girls, Molly arrived and they both seemed to really get on.
That was until the tweet challenge where viewers hinted that Tommy and Lucie should recouple. After Maura asked Lucie if she'd get to know Tommy the surfer said, 'Never say never.'
Things took another step when Anton got involved and encouraged Lucie to speak to Tommy. After the boxer made it clear he only had eyes for Molly, Anton asked Tommy not to tell any of the girls (including Molly) about Lucie's confession, in order to keep the 'peace' in the villa.
Luckily Curtis told Tommy to confess all the Molly and he did. Things between Lucie and Molly were awkward and it's safe to say that they're not friends anymore.
Are Molly-Mae Hague and Maura Higgins still friends?
When Maura arrived in the villa as a bombshell, she quickly made it clear that she was into Tommy.
However at the recoupling, Tommy picked Molly and surprisingly Maura and Molly became besties straight after.
Molly has since spoken out about their friendship and said on Instagram, 'I’ve had so many messages about Maura being here and hanging out with me and Tommy and stuff, you have to understand that it’s really ok.
'Tommy and Maura are like brother and sister now, I know that seems weird to some of you guys… but for us three it’s really not. We’re like best mate.'"
Fast forward to 2025 and Molly and Maura are still BFFs. Maura stepped out to support Molly at her Amazon documentary screening.

Surprisingly no. Molly and Tommy came second place after Amber and Greg O'Shea.

Other than Maura we're not actually sure. Shortly after leaving the villa Molly revealed she's not friends with Yewande Biala.
She's previously opened up about why she doesn't speak to any of the 2019 Islanders and in 2021 she revealed she only has five friends.
Speaking on the Diary of a CEO she admitted, 'Straight up no, no I don't [have lots of friends]. My circle is minuscule. I have literally about five people in my circle, and that includes friends.
'I have acquaintances and I have people in my life that I say are my friends but, no, my circle is absolutely tiny. And I like it that way, I wouldn't have it any other way.
'I work, I spend time with my boyfriend and I go to bed. That is literally my life.'
She went on to say, 'I've lost a lot of friends since coming offLove Islandbecause I don't have the time... It sounds savage but sometimes friends, they just – not cling on, but they don't add much.
'I’m not that girl from Hitchin any more. I’m not that young girl that was a lifeguard at Hitchin swimming pool. That’s not me.
'I’m living in a different world now and a lot of my friends can’t relate to that. And even though I'm still the same person, my life and my circumstances are just so different that you do just naturally... people just fall off.'
What has Molly-Mae Hague done since leaving Love Island?
Molly wasted no time in becoming the most successful Love Island star.
Not only did she become an ambassador for PrettyLittleThing and start her own fake tan business Filter but she continued influencing with her YouTube channel, has over 8 million Instagram followers, has released her own book and became the creative director of PLT.

Before Love Island, Molly was an influencer (she had around 100k followers before joining the show) but she has also worked as a lifeguard and at Boots.
