If you caught last night's Real Housewives of Cheshire reunion episode you'll already know that it was as scorching as Natasha Hamilton's blazing ember locks. Seriously, why can't our hair look like actual fire?

The Housewives (and series guest Paige Chohan) assembled in full glam to discuss the highs and lows of series 16, as well as rehash old rows just for the sheer #dramz of it all. Highlights (well, perhaps lowlights is a more appropriate word depending on your POV) included Rachel Lugo squaring up to Paige after the guest Housewife told her to "go f--king get f--king grandmas on f--king Instagram, you f--king grandma", Hanna Kinsella and Seema Malhotra deciding to leave their turbulent past in the past, and, of course, Nicole Sealey VS Sheena Lynch round 2.

However, one of the biggest rows of the reunion erupted between newbie Natasha and series veteran Nicole, who have had a – apologies in advance for using this already very OVERUSED word – 'frosty' relationship this series. Despite Nicole and Natasha hugging it out in the series finale, the pair came to blows once again at the reunion, both declaring that they do not have a friendship.

Soon after the reunion was released on ITVX, Natasha took to her Instagram grid to share a backstage snap of herself with almost all of her cast-mates – except Nicole – and host Brian Dowling. She accompanied the glam snap with a lengthy caption in which she described her first journey with the Housewives as "uncomfortable", adding that she "made some really lovely friendships and and some acquantainships", but was "happy with that".

Clearly taking fire at Nicole, Natasha threw some serious shade, writing, "I can honestly say I walked away from it with my head held high and without having to slag anyone off or degrade them in front of the other women."

Natasha wrote, "I am, and always have been a woman who lifts others women up. I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs in life, I’ve been through the great and the horrendous and I was brought up to never disrespect others. I have encouraged and supported so many women over the years and you all know who you are - my life is a better place to be surrounded by those who lift up, empower and most of all respect each other.

"I’m a Scouser through and through and I can sniff out bullsh-t a mile off… it’s not in my nature to play along with it or any narrative that just isn’t real and authentic.

"Even though my 1st journey with Housewives was uncomfortable at first (being 6 weeks pregnant, feeling like absolute and not having a lot of patience with hormones flying round) I finally found my feet amongst some incredible women. I made some really lovely friendships & some acquaintanceships and I’m happy with that.

"Haters are always gonna hate, and I’m made of tough stuff. I can honestly say I walked away from it with my head held high and without having to slag anyone off or degrade them in front of the other women."

Is it just us, or did that sound like a resignation from the series?

In other RHOCheshire news, Nicole took to her Instagram around the same time as Natasha to tease "the end" after declaring that the group was "positively broken" – let's just hope she meant the end of series 16 and not her time with Housewives...
