There is no denying that this year's series of Love Island has been a spicy one.
The dating show hasn't even been on for two weeks yet and we've already had brutal dumpings, surprise bombshells, sex stories exposed and secret kisses.
The first person to be dumped from Love Island 2025 was Sophie Lee and to say we were robbed of the Islander is an understatement. We truly did not get to see Sophie's full potential but luckily she is currently doing the rounds in the world of interviews and her top tier personality is shining through.
In between quoting every iconic meme out there, including Ian Beale's classic, 'I've got nothing left,' during a chat with Cosmopolitan, Sophie opened up about how she felt about her fellow Islanders.
Both Harry Cooksley, who Sophie was coupled up with was mentioned, as was Shakira Khan who decided to match with Harry leaving Sophie single and dumped from the villa.
'Me and Shakira got really close in there like when we were getting ready,' she revealed, 'The girl had my boob tape on, I was helping her put her dress on.'
'We were talking on the day beds, she was saying, "Oh you're going to go through such a journey in here," then she gave me the boot,' Sophie joked.
Shakira and Harry aren't even together anymore, she is with Ben Holbrough and Harry is with Helena Ford, but that hasn't stopped him from trying to chat Shakira up (or kiss her) at every opportunity.
Sophie continued, 'But like I said she had to make a choice so I don’t feel bad for the choice it’s more like how its turned out with Harry and everyone.'
Just tiniest bit of shade from Sophie there who has already chatted about Harry and his, 'f*** boy' status, during her exit interview.
‘He said he’s tried that route and gets labelled a f*** boy so came in with a different approach,’ she revealed.
This 'different approach' sure was short-lived as during a villa challenge it took Harry 0.2 seconds to form a sneaky alliance with Dejon Noel-Williams and Shea Mannings in order for them to kiss the girls they wanted, none of which they were coupled up with.
Did it work? Yes. Did it all kick off and cause chaos in the villa? Also yes.
