Eliminating fat and defining only one part of the body is a difficult task even for those who eat correctly and exercise regularly. Quick training to burn fat
With your legs apart, a little more than the width of your shoulders and fingers pointing outwards, squat and then jump across the left foot on the right. Return to the starting position by touching the ground and repeat the exercise alternating legs for 30 seconds.
Standing with your legs together, take a wide step to the right keeping your left leg straight. Go back to the starting position and do the same movement on the other side. Repeat the exercise for 30 seconds.
Jump with your feet and arms open, but crossing the arms in front of the chest and also the feet alternately. Repeat for 30 seconds.
Start standing, with your feet together. Take a broad step to the right by bending over. Go back to the center and repeat the movement to the left side. Keep your hands together in front of your chest and repeat for 30 seconds.
Lie on your back with your legs up. Cross the right leg on the left and then the left on the right doing the scissor movement with the legs. Do it for 60 seconds.
In the bridge position, place a cushion between your knees pressing it with your legs. Lift and lower your hips for one minute at the same time you contract the abdomen and keeping your arms straight beside the body.
