Thousands of people have taken to Instagram to document their experience visiting Yayoi Kusama's Infinity Mirrors exhibition. If you haven't been blessed by the beautiful, otherworldly photos of Kusama's art piece on your IG feed and are wondering what it even looks like, try imagining standing in a sea of tiny, dazzling stars.

The Broad describes the Infinity Mirrored Room—The Souls of Millions of Light Years Away art piece as "a mirror-lined chamber housing a dazzling and seemingly endless LED light display." The room is a piece of a larger exhibition titled Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors.

50,000 tickets are being released for “Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors” at LA's Broad Museum on September 1 and are expected to sell out within hours. It features 6 of the artist's Infinity rooms, iconic kaleidoscopic environments, large scale sculptures and paintings which will be traveling in museums and galleries within the US and Canada until 2019. The exhibition in LA will run from October 21 - January 1. #yayoikusama #broadmuseum #infinitymirrors

The exhibition has already made it to several different museums across the US, including the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, DC and the Seattle Art Museum in Seattle, WA. The artist's five-city tour will soon be moving to The Broad in Los Angeles, CA and will be there from October 21 to September 10, 2017.

Tickets to experience the room are already on sale for $25, and it's a good idea to nab them while you can. While the art piece is beautiful and many people want a chance to snap a stellar selfie, The Broad reports, "This installation has [an] extremely limited capacity. Not all visitors are able to experience it."

In fact, it's so limited that only about one person (maybe two) can experience it at a time, and only for about a minute each. Which means, while you do want to get some great pics, you'll also want to make sure to snap them as soon as you're inside. For the other 30 seconds, take in and enjoy the beauty of the work of art. It's a gorgeous break from reality.

The Japanese artist behind the exhibition, Yayoi Kusama, spoke to Melissa Chu during an interview for the exhibition catalog that went with her piece at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden. She told Chu,

“Art is like an endless ocean. I can feel a sense of infinity, the heaven, and sky—all a sense of infinity that I can feel through the ocean."

Miss Rosen of Crave described Kusama's artwork beautifully, writing,

"The simplicity of color, light, and repetition to the point of oblivion creates a deep sense of peace, love, and safety in that which could easily swallow us whole."

The exhibition is made up of other rooms and kaleidoscopic pieces made up of neon paint bubbles, dotted pumpkins, carnival lights, and spotted cotton plushies. There is something all-encompassing about Kusama's work, that makes it feel like fantasy and reality are colliding together to create something beautiful.

Simply put, you won't want to miss out.

In the meantime, while you get your ticket and book your flight to Los Angeles, here are some more magical photos of Kusama's dazzling art. Enjoy!
